Every session is barefoot on the yoga mat. And while that doesn't mean it's easy, it does mean that it will feel good. Barefoot training improves balance and stability, while achieving your physical strength and endurance goals. Healthy habits mean a higher quality of life, so we will also include morning potions, skincare practices, and brain training.

DAY1
Morning Potion - Each morning we present a different elixir with specific health benefits.
Body Training - A deep stretch followed by gentle strength to reduce jetlag and spark energy.

Skincare - Amino Acids + B5 ... surface and sub-surface hydration, elasticity, barrier support.

Brain Training - Evening sound bath.

Body Training - Stretch in motion, using slow and repetitive movements to unlock tightness, focus on back and abdominal strength.
