Susafa...
There are places where time is nourished by slow-paced stories, flavors, aromas, and peace. This is Susafa, an ancient farmhouse now converted into a welcoming retreat with truly peaceful spaces for relaxation, seasonal ingredients served daily, warm bread with Susafa olive oil, the blue of the pool nestled in green Mediterranean trees, and walks through golden fields of wheat.

All rooms are fully equipped with luxurious amenities. A hairdryer, large wall mirror, and 550g cotton towels. A complete bathroom set, including bathrobe and slippers. In keeping with their sustainability policy the shower gels, shampoos and hand soap, with Sicilian fragrances, are locally produced and distributed in dispensers that are refilled daily.

Classic (3 rooms)
​
The Classic Double Rooms are cozy and comfortable, accessed via a short flight of stairs, and spread over a single floor overlooking the garden. They feature a king-size bed (180x200cm) and select furnishings that lend the rooms a minimalist yet elegant design, in keeping with Susafa's sustainability philosophy. The large French windows offer a glimpse of the countryside.

Superior (5 rooms)
​
Susafa's Superior Double Rooms are located in what were once the apartments reserved for the the sharecroppers, the cheesemaker, and the baker. These rooms are accessible by stairs, and spread over a single floor with garden views. They feature a king-size bed (180x200cm), and the surrounding nature can be glimpsed through the large glass door.

Junior Suite Loft (2 rooms)
​
Of Susafa's four Junior Suites, two are split-level: a living area with a sofa, and a sleeping area on the mezzanine. They are the restoration of apartments once occupied by the master cheesemaker, the winemaker, and the stableman in the ancient Susafa farmhouse. The rooms feature a king-size bed (180x200cm) and are accessed by stairs with a view of the garden.

Junior Suite Patio (2 rooms)

Of Susafa's four Junior Suites, two are spread across a single level and feature a private outdoor space with loungers. They are the restoration of apartments once occupied by the master cheesemaker, the winemaker, and the stableman in the ancient Susafa farmhouse. The rooms feature a king-size bed (180x200cm) and are accessed by stairs with a view of the garden.

Classic Suite (3 rooms)

The Classic Suites are located where the "calf stable" once stood. The bedroom features a spacious king-size bed (200x200cm). The bathroom features a bathtub for moments of pure relaxation. The large French windows flood the rooms with natural light and offer a view of the Susafa countryside. A country chic stay with all the creature comforts, in an exceptional eco retreat.

Superior Suite (1 room)
​
Accessed via a stone staircase, Susafa's elegant Superior Suite occupies the space that was once the old farmer's house. The suite is bright and spacious, spanning 70 square meters, divided by a dramatic glass wall that separates a living area from a sleeping area with a 200x200cm king-size bed. The private, open-plan bathroom features a white ceramic bathtub, whose clean lines and modern design contrast seamlessly with the rougher, more natural elements of wood, stone, and terracotta.
*Please note that the Superior Suite is an additional 75 euros per night. There is only one.

Deluxe Suite (1 room)
The elegant and bright Deluxe Suite is the most exclusive room in our small luxury hotel, located on the ground floor with a private garden. There is a spacious bathroom, complete with sauna, walk-in shower, and bathtub. Originally the armory, along with the rooster room, the Deluxe Suite is now a haven of well-being. The large king-size bed (200x200cm) is perfect for ensuring the best possible sleep, thanks also to the unparalleled tranquility of the countryside.
*Please note that the Deluxe Suite is an additional 100 euros per night. There is only one.
