Our luxury boutique hotel in the Val di Noto is housed in the oldest wing of an 18th-century Palmento (the place where grapes are crushed and fermented into wine). The suites at Feudi del Pisciotto are characterized by a perfect harmony between the ancient baglio and the bountiful Sicilian countryside. The wooden ceilings, original floors, and sandstone walls give each room a soul, imbuing it with a timeless charm. The modern furnishings, created by masters of Italian craftsmanship, and the handcrafted items commissioned from local artists, both lend a contemporary touch that perfectly complements the Palmento's conservative restoration.

Standard (2 rooms)
A clever combination of ancient and modern styles characterizes the two standard rooms - Ferré and Ferretti. Both are on the ground floor of the hotel. Stone walls and ceilings with wood beams meet design furniture giving a touch of contemporaneity to the rooms. Easily accessible, both overlook the patio of the wine relais dominated by spectacular centuries-old olive trees. Ferré is slightly larger while Ferretti has an additional view towards the vineyards. All Standard rooms are fully equipped with luxurious linens, Sicilian Ortigia products, hair dryer, robe, slippers, temperature control, and a shared patio.
Classic (4 rooms)
Sophisticated, elegant, comfortable. In a word, unique. There are four Classic rooms. Malengo, Valli and Brioni are on the ground floor, and all overlook the common patio of the hotel. Merlot is on the first floor and has an additional view towards the vineyards. The rooms were created during the traditional restoration of the old Palmento where the Wine Relais is situated, in the midst of the wonderful Val di Noto. All Classic rooms are fully equipped with luxurious linens, Sicilian Ortigia products, hair dryer, robe, slippers, temperature control, and a shared patio.
Superior Deluxe (3 rooms)
Blumarine, Baglio del Sole and Alaziza are the three Superior Deluxe rooms. The Blumarine Room, located on the first floor, is a single level room that boasts a splendid panoramic terrace overlooking the vineyards. The Baglio del Sole and Alaziza rooms, both split level duplex, boast a patio furnished with garden chairs for relaxing in the open air. Bright and refined environments, large spaces with all the creature comforts needed. Bathroom and bedroom are on the same level in split level rooms.
Junior Suite (1 room)
Discreet luxury and sophisticated details welcome guests in the Junior Suite - L'Eterno. A split level duplex, located on the ground floor of the hotel, with views to the patio of the wine relais, dominated by spectacular centuries-old olive trees. This is the largest room in the hotel. Bedroom and bathroom are on the same level. A comfortable and spacious suite.
*Please note that the Junior Suite is an additional 50 euros per night - 200 euros total.
Deluxe Junior Suite (2 rooms)
Frappato and Tirsat are located on the ground floor of the ancient baglio, a stone's throw from the reception area of our Boutique Hotel. These two Deluxe Junior Suites are spread over two floors within the stone walls, left intact by the restoration to maintain a rural charm. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, bedroom and bathroom are on the same level. They both have an indoor living area, and a private outdoor deck, ideal to spend relaxing moments in maximum privacy.
